The Metro RESA Coaching Connections Academy is a focused, engaging, and intensive professional development opportunity available to Metro Atlanta instructional coaches and coordinators. Whether you are leading within a school, or a district position, the sessions will apply to your work with teachers and leaders. The five-session academy aims to provide a big-picture view of instructional coaching, while still diving in deep to develop crucial skills and strategies instructional coaches need to know to become successful coaching partners with the educators and students they serve. Each session will leave participants with the tools and resources needed to successfully implement in their respective learning communities upon their return.

Target Audience: K-12 Building and District-Level Instructional Coaches and Coordinators

Please review the Metro RESA Cancellation Policy prior to registration. Attendance to all sessions is crucial, and participants will be required to sign a commitment form that will also be signed by their administrator prior to attendance. 

Participants must complete the Coaching Connections Academy 2024-2025 Commitment Form by Friday, August 30, 2024.
