Where is the convention center located?
The Georgia International Convention Center is located near Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport at 2000 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA. Driving directions can be found HERE. There is a train from the airport to the convention center if you are flying in to attend the event.

Where do I park?
Parking at the convention center is $15 per vehicle.  The GICC is a CASHLESS facility, so be sure to bring a debit/credit card.

If I'm flying in, where can I find a hotel?
Information about accommodations close to the event space can be found HERE.

 What should I wear?
Recruiters will be on site, so dress for success!  Most people who attend the job fair are dressed in business attire.

Do I need to bring my resume?
While the registration site will allow you to upload your resume, it's always a great idea to bring copies with you to give to potential employers.

 What districts will be there?
Check back to the previous page where we will list all districts who are participating in the order in which they register with us.  We will update the site weekly!

Will there be a place to eat lunch?
The GICC has a cafe where lunch can be purchased.  GICC is a cashless facility, so be sure to bring a debit/credit card with you.

Will districts be hiring on the spot?
There may be districts who are prepared to offer contracts pending background checks and other district requirements.

 Will districts be looking for people to interview for school/district leadership positions?
This is a TEACHER job fair, so most districts will not be interviewing/looking for candidates to fill school and district level leadership positions, but it is a great opportunity to network and make new connections with district recruiters.

FAQs

How much does it cost to register?
Registration includes one table for $250. Each additional table needed is $100.  

Are there electrical outlets available?
Electrical outlets are available for $80 each.

Will we have access to WiFi?
WiFi is available at no charge.

What time should we arrive to set up?
Setup may begin at 9 AM.

Will breakfast/coffee be available at the event space?
We will provide coffee, sodas, juice, and croissants in the vendor break room space inside the exhibit hall.

Is lunch available for our recruiters?
You may purchase lunch tickets at the time of registration for $15 each.  Tickets will be provided to you at the registration desk when you arrive.

Will we have access to a list of registrants so we can follow up via email following the job fair?
Registrants are given the choice to "opt out" of having information shared with districts, but information (including resumes) for those who do not opt out will be sent via email to all participating districts after the event.
