Metro RESA GaTAPP Application Requirements

An Induction certificate, or waiver
- Applicant must have:
  - Two full years left on their Provisional BT Certificate (formerly IN4T) or Induction Certificate
  - One year and a letter from the system indicating that a waiver will be requested for Year 2
Official copies of all college transcripts
GACE Content Assessment score report
GACE Georgia Educator Ethics Certificate of Achievement
Resume
Two reference letters that are signed by the source (from someone other than a relative)
Application fee of $75 (subject to change)
